How do I return an item? OUR RETURN POLICY You may contact Customer Service (sales@goredean.com) for more information on returning any item or follow these simple guidelines. RETURN AND EXCHANGE The GoreDean Guarantee! We want you to be completely satisfied with every GoreDean purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 90 days of receipt for exchange or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). We apologize that personalized items, such as but not limited to, and bath towels, bath fragrances and pillows cannot be returned. Please see specialized policy below.
If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, please call Customer Service at 1-410-464-1789. We will either replace it for another item or issue a gift certificate. If you wish to return an item you purchased, you may choose to have the item replaced or have store credit issued to you. Please see below for specific return packing instructions.
Returns Please insure and ship your return merchandise with the information requested on the back of your packing slip (including your name, address and zip code) to the address shown on your packing slip. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive in our warehouse.
Returns Instructions 1. List the item(s) being returned on the back of your packing slip along with the reason for the return.
2. In the last column of your packing slip, please indicate if you would like to exchange the item(s) or if you prefer a credit. 3. Include the packing slip with the returned item(s). 4. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return. If you have received a gift from GoreDean or GoreDean Wedding and would like to return or exchange the item please complete the form on the back of your packing slip as you would for a regular return or exchange (see above). If you are returning the item, we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item. If you are exchanging the item and the amount for the replacement item exceeds the cost for the return item, please include payment for the additional amount.
Shipping Errors and Damages

Refunds
Depending on the method you use to return the item to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your return. Sale Prices
Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific merchandise. Sale prices are not applicable to prior purchase. Monogrammed and Personalized Items
Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned, except when due to defect. Once placed, orders for these items cannot be canceled. Custom Pillows and Bedding Custom Pillows and bedding cannot be returned except for product defect. These orders also cannot be cancelled once placed as fabric will have already been cut.
